I've been working hardcore recently. We had two people quit, school started, and some vacations were being taken so needless to say, we have been dreadfully short on help. I have a severe pain in my left shoulder blade as I type this (a nice hot coal type feeling!) which is fantastic. I'm so looking forward to having the next two days off, I think I could cry!

Since I've been working so much I really haven't been concentrating on other things that have been weighing my consciousness down to the bogs in the past month few months. I'm trying to focus on myself and work through things but it's not been easy. As much as I'm physically tired, I'm glad I stopped thinking about everything. I felt good today which is a step up. I'm happy to report that I've finally changed my imood to something nice. Wee!

My life lesson seems to be trying to be true to myself and not take what other people say or do personally. I'm only responsible for myself, that's it. My what a tall order.

OMG There is a commerical on TV for Michael Bolton: Vintage. Where to start with everything that's wrong with this picture. The world sheds a tear.
