I bought a new caller ID thing (BellSouth Caller ID Model CI-165 to be exact) at Wally World last night. I had some trouble opening the battery compartment (hold your laughter). I opened the instructions and it said this, verbatim: To remove battery compartment lid insert a screw driver blade into the slot and lift lid. Why should you need a fucking screwdriver (!) to open a battery compartment? *WHY?!* Did I miss a day at school or something?
